The team is a blockchain technology-based DAO organization with a decentralized structure, where appointments and management are done through smart contracts to ensure fair and transparent governance and decision-making. The team includes multiple departments such as the governance committee, technical team, marketing team, and community operation team to provide technical and business support to the community and promote community development and ecological construction, to achieve more fair, free, and open financial services. Members come from many well-known DAO organizations and financial institutions, including SoftBank Capital, SpaceM, BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, KKR, Ethereum Foundation, and Offchain Labs, to explore the application and development of new on-chain financial derivatives. Team members provide technical and operational support for communities to facilitate their development and ecosystem building

CEO: Andrew Wilson With a Doctoral degree from the University of Queensland, Mr. Wilson has many years of experience in strategic planning and investment, as well as a deep insight into the financial derivatives space. After graduation in 2009, he worked as an algorithmic trader at high-frequency trading firms CME Group and DRW Trading. He was also a core team member of several well-known blockchain projects including Ethereum Foundation, Offchain Labs, and Arbitrum from 2012-2021 prior to the founding of L2FINANCE. In 2015, he co-published a white paper on Lightning with Thaddeus and became one of the founders of the project.

CTO: Matthew Williams

Mr. Williams studied computer science and electrical engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology, one of Poland's leading technical universities. After graduating in 2007, he got involved in the Internet and financial fields. He was one of the developers of MetaMask and an active member of the ETH developer community. In 2020, he organized and participated in MetaCartel, a DAO organization aiming to support and invest in decentralized applications (dApps), after which he started to conduct in-depth research on Layer 2 solutions and had deep insight into the development direction and application scenarios of Layer 2 technology. He devoted himself to exploring new technical solutions to improve the performance and user experience of L2FINANCE.

CFO: Suhail Gupta

A senior finance professional with years of experience in financial management and accounting, a degree in accounting, and an MBA, as well as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. From 2009-2021, he served as Chief Financial Officer of KKR's investment division and was involved in several large international M&A and investment transactions, receiving numerous awards in the industry. Afterward, he was invited by L2FINANCE CEO and served as CFO, responsible for developing sound financial strategies and budgets and managing project cash flow and investment portfolios, providing a solid financial foundation for the sustainable development of L2FINANCE.
